Turo Fleet Management Software

When you go from one Turo car to ten, spreadsheets stop working. MyFleetOS is the operating system Turo hosts use to run a real fleet — with automatic Turo sync, AI daily ops, financial reporting, and investor portals built in.

Why Turo hosts outgrow spreadsheets

Most Turo hosts start with a Google Sheet. It works fine for two cars. By the time you're at five, you're forgetting check-ins. By ten, you can't tell which cars are actually profitable. By twenty, you've hired help and now you need a real system that everyone — owner, cohost, cleaner, mechanic — can work from.

Turo's host dashboard shows you trips and earnings, but it doesn't help you operate a fleet. It doesn't tell you which car needs an oil change tomorrow, which trip is overdue for return, or how much each vehicle actually nets after expenses, loans, insurance, and platform fees.

What real Turo fleet management looks like

A Turo fleet management system needs to do five things well:

  1. Pull your trip data automatically — no manual entry of dozens of trips per week.
  2. Tell you what to do today — clean Car A by 3pm, deliver Car B at 11am, schedule maintenance on Car C this week.
  3. Track every dollar in and out per vehicle — so you know real profit, not gross earnings.
  4. Coordinate your team — cleaners, drivers, cohosts, mechanics — without 47 group texts.
  5. Show your investors what they need to see — and nothing they shouldn't.

MyFleetOS does all five out of the box.

Automatic Turo sync — the feature no other tool has

The Chrome extension logs into Turo on a schedule, pulls your latest earnings export, and pushes everything into your fleet — vehicles, trips, daily breakdowns, fees, taxes, host take. Set it once and your data stays current with zero copy-paste.

If you're not ready for the extension, you can still upload Turo's earnings CSV manually and we map all 47 columns automatically — including Turo Go, delivery fees, and trip extras.

Daily Ops — your AI fleet coordinator

The daily ops view tells you exactly what needs to happen today across the whole fleet: which cars are checking in, which are checking out, who's cleaning, who's delivering, and what's overdue. It detects swaps automatically (when one trip ends and another starts on the same car), flags conflicts before they happen, and assigns work to the right staff based on their role.

Financials, not just earnings

Turo shows your earnings. MyFleetOS shows your profit. Per-vehicle P&L apportions:

You finally know which cars are workhorses and which are dragging your fleet down.

Investor portals — without exposing your full books

If you have investors on individual cars (or a whole fleet), MyFleetOS gives them a scoped login that shows only their cars, only their share of earnings, and only the data fields you choose to expose. No spreadsheets emailed monthly. No "are these numbers right?" conversations. Just a clean portal.

Built mobile-first

You don't run a Turo fleet from a desk. The whole platform is built mobile-first — from approving a trip on your phone to logging an expense at the gas pump to checking which car a cohost is handling that morning. Native iOS and Android apps are coming next.
